In Chi-chi's house the phrase 'yes dear' and 'yes mum' reign all to often. For she rules her dwelling with an iorn spatula (sounds like my mum). Determined to make the best of Gohan. Chi-chi was adamant in making him study for hours on end. She may appear like a monster to many. She could be. It is not until the later episodes that she eventually calms down to a degree. Not putting as much effort into to Goten as she did with her first born...
