Personality: Noin is another strong individual.  She has her weaknesses, however, in that she underestimates her opponents and has the naive notion that soldiers only die in war if there is a miscalculation.
Noin is also a forgiving person.  We can see this in her forgiving WuFei for her humiliation at the Lake Victoria base.  She also forgives Zechs a million times over for letting her think him to be dead.

Lt. Lucrezia Noin was originally an OZ soldier.  She fought under his excellency, Treize Khushrenada, alongside Zechs Merquise.  Noin's loyalties have always laid close to Zechs.  The only time she ever strayed from this was when Zechs joined the White Fang. Noin has always strived to come in second to Zechs so that he would look better.
Noin also respects Treize Khushrenada, while not entirely agreeable to his ideals.  She mistrusts and seemingly dislikes Lady Une.
