Personality: A perceptive nature.

The first time we see Sally is when she meet Relena Peacecraft (no baka) at the hospital where Heero was being held.  She seems like a very concerned, yet hardened soldier.
The second time we see Sally is when she meets WuFei.  Here we see her perceptive nature.  She is clearly able to discern from what little WuFei has told her that he was overburdened by his duties as a pilot/soldier.  And that too much was expected of him.  Sally also shows her compassion by talking it out with WuFei.  And reveals her belief that a strong heart is what matters most.  This gains her a sort of respect from WuFei, a rare accomplishment at that!
